Negotiations is about having an argument; it is about the persuasion of stakeholders either by making them for it or neutral to it. It is the effort to convince others for one’s own cause. Negotiations is an art that must be mastered and cultivated for its necessity of the day-to-day work in activism and association work.

After Khaldoun’s theoretical input where the participants gained knowledge about this fine skill, some courageous participants had the oppurtunite to put theory into action and practice the learned through an entertaining exercises.
